Do you want to play a pivotal role in raising the funds we need to provide our life-changing services for deaf children and their families?

In 2019-20 the National Deaf Children’s Society aims to raise at least £22 million to fund our range of services and campaigning work. Around 90% of this will be generated through the activities of the Supporter Marketing team, and is made possible through an active and established programme of supporter recruitment. We have ambitious plans to continue the growth that has seen us double fundraising income since 2005, allowing us to extend the reach of our services for deaf children and young people.

The Direct Marketing Executive for Supporter Recruitment is a fixed term contract role within the Supporter Marketing team, responsible for maximising long-term net income by recruiting new individual financial supporters through face-to-face fundraising campaigns. You will help oversee a portfolio of activities to profitably attract new regular givers and be part of the team that has responsibility for an annual expenditure budget of around £11m and is tasked with recruiting more than 110,000 new supporters each year.
