Newark, Nottinghamshire
£25,000 per year
Permanent, Full-time
Job description

Our statement of purpose is to provide a permanent memorial to the victims of the Holocaust; offer an understanding of the causes and events of the Holocaust through a range of age-appropriate exhibitions and survivor testimonies and to present programmes of learning, based on the Holocaust, that encourage personal responsibility and the promotion of fairness and justice but also challenge learners to take positive action. We are doing some of the most exciting work in this space and this role has a vital role to play in delivering our ambitions for the future.

We are about to embark on a £5million redevelopment of the site and to invest in our outreach and digital activities. This role will report to the Trusts and Grants Manager and help ensure that we achieve our income ambitions. You will manage your own portfolio of funders, identify new funding opportunities and contribute all aspects of the trusts and foundations programme.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with experience of making applications to trusts and foundations. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
