The Passage provides a range of support services to homeless and adults at risk in London. Our mission is to provide resources which encourage, inspire and challenge homeless people to transform their lives.
We are currently seeking an Information & Outcomes Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing the client data in relation to the work of The Passage and for ensuring that The Passage produces high quality information for both internal and external purposes.
They will work with the service managers to ensure that the client database is a key tool in delivering, evaluating and innovating services for clients and co-ordinate cross- service meetings to ensure that the data is being consistently entered, that improvements or requests for change are understood and managed
The Information and Outcomes Manager will support the further development of the fundraising database system as well as be responsible for Data Protection practices within the organisation. This includes maintaining GDPR systems, dealing with subject access requests and other data requests, ensuring GDPR training and regular audits is carried out throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate should have experience of project management, working with client/customer record databases and liaising with partnership agencies. An intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word is essential.
