We are now seeking to appoint a HR Officer on a part-time (0.8) basis to support the HR Manager and Payroll Officer in providing an efficient and streamlined HR and Payroll service by providing generalist support across the organisation.
This is an interesting opportunity to develop your HR skills in a hands-on role in an organisation celebrating its 50th year whilst transforming to face the challenges and opportunities of the next 50 years.
You will input into the People Strategy and provide day to day support to line managers and employees in HR matters. You will support Directors and managers to identify and retain talent, support, challenge and performance manage staff in their teams.
You will need to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, be resourceful, responsive and able to stay on top of details to ensure consistency of service across the organisation. You will be committed to a career within HR and will have undertaken some study to inform your skills.

Salary: 0.8 of £28,000 per annum rising to 0.8 of £28,600 upon completion of the 6-month probationary period.
