Within a broader fundraising team of eleven, you will be part of a team of two responsible for the development and delivery of fundraising campaigns for local businesses. This includes including the pro-active recruitment of new supporters and maximising the contribution of existing supporters. You will be driven to provide excellent donor care for our partners, including delivering public recognition for their support. You will lead on the management of our successful Business Club, recruiting new members to the Club and delivering the benefits of membership, such as team volunteering days at the Hospice.
Our ideal applicant is dynamic and proactive, able to initiate contact with new partners and turn them into supporters. With experience in account management or a related area you will be able to help deliver professional supporter care and juggle competing demands. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to use them to positively influence others to support the Hospice. We are looking for someone who can work closely with the others in the Fundraising Team and the fundraising volunteers who support all of our work.
