Job description

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity whose mission is to help young people transform their lives by developing the confidence and skills, to live, learn and earn. This year we will support more than 70,000 young people through a range of proven programmes, with three in four achieving a positive outcome.

In this exciting and varied Business Development role, you will be focused on supporting and developing strategic partnerships from multiple sectors, principally retail, consumer, leisure, hospitality, as well as the future economy sectors of digital and green jobs.

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for detail and is confident at building relationships with stakeholders from all levels of the corporate world. And of course, you will be genuinely passionate about supporting Young People. 
 
You will support a wider Business Development team target of £4m+ through key administrative tasks, including prospect list and internal systems management. You will have the opportunity to develop your relationship management skills while supporting the development of engaging proposals.

You will be a confident in solving problems and ready to take a creative approach where needed. You will have a good understanding of both the corporate responsibility agenda and the needs of business. You will be joining an organisation committed to being the best for young people, our supporters and our staff. Training and support will help optimise your own development alongside the rich and diverse nature of this role.
