The Chief Technology Officer is a new role on the Executive Committee (ExCo) of The Prince’s Trust reporting to the UK Chief Executive. This is an exciting time of change for The Prince’s Trust as it is a crucial point in the evolution of the role of technology both in how we work with young people and in enabling our workforce.
In response to Covid-19 we have enhanced and developed our digital support for young people, the intention is to continue this innovation as part of a blended approach to further strengthen the Trust’s ability to help young people in a post-Covid world. The one thing that is certain is that the future has ambiguity – you must be comfortable with that ambiguity in leading the development of the digital technology strategy for all our Stakeholders.

Who are ExCo?:
ExCo are responsible for the leadership, strategy and priorities of the organisation, for the delivery of the business plan and budget, and for the overall-day-to day running of The Prince’s Trust. ExCo comprises of the UK CEO, Deputy CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Director of People and Learning, Director of Fundraising, and the Group General Counsel.
As our Chief Technology Officer, you will be accountable for all technical digital resources of The Trust and will provide long term direction and leadership for the use of technology.
