Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prince’s Trust Contract Management team as a Contracts Administrator, working arrangements being blended from home and in our Glasgow office.

 

Key to The Trust’s success is our engagement with a wide variety of public and private sector funding sources.

 

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Public Sector Contract Management team with a range of administrative claim submission duties. This will involve extracting documents from our internal CRM systems, using DocuSign to send out paperwork for digital signatures, compiling timesheet templates, checking and preparing participant and financial claims to be sent to the funders

 

The team works effectively across multiple internal departments, communicating funding criteria and performance. Some of our Contracts require us to work with various external stakeholders to assist them in securing funding. This role will also involve coordinating meetings on Microsoft teams both internally and externally and attending meetings to record minutes and actions.

 

This role is perfect for you if you love data input and processing, keeping files tidy and are organised. If you can manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines, apply for this role! Previous experience in data processing is essential plus excellent excel skills!
