Contract: Fixed Term Contract for six months
Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Greater Manchester team and work on a ground-breaking new initiative (subject to treasury sign-off) which will see The Prince’s Trust work in partnership with employers to address issues facing youth unemployment by improving productivity gains of a young, resilient and diverse local workforce.
The Contract Manager will play a key role in the implementing the contract management arrangements for one of the largest and impactful initiatives in the Prince’s Trust history. Through Future Workforce Fund, business and government are co-investing £14 million into young people from Greater Manchester to give them the confidence and skills to become more prosperous citizens and part of a growing and inclusive economy
This role is responsible for a thorough review of all current processes and procedures across the team to ensure that best practice is being utilised on this contract and then across the wider team. Working effectively across teams to maximise income, increase performance and ensure compliance.
The successful candidate will require previous experience in the contract management space, and specifically skills and experience in reviewing and improving systems and processes. They will have excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and to influence decisions.
