The Prince's Trust has been transforming the lives of young people for over 45 years. We are proud to be the UK's leading youth charity. But we never rest on our laurels. We always want to do more. As we emerge from the Covid pandemic, the challenges facing young people from 11-30 years old are considerable, but so are the opportunities. Our ambition over the next five years is to give even more disadvantaged young people the very best opportunity to create a better future for themselves and wider society. We want to get them into great jobs, to give them a life-long enthusiasm for learning and education, or help them set up their own business or enterprise. To do this, we must maximise our impact right now and strengthen our incredible Prince's Trust network to build a better future for young people. But we don't stop there! We also want to be one of the UK's most equal, diverse and inclusive organisations serving young people. We want to do the best work of our lives!
