Hours: Full time - 35 hours a week
Location: Can be based in either Birmingham, Luton, Nottingham or Leicester
We are seeking a talented individual who is up for a challenge, areal hands-on digital marketer who is passionate about helping young people to live, learn and earn.
This role is exciting, varied and rewarding and will include working with the national marketing team, regional colleagues, third party organisations and the young people we support. We are looking for candidates who can apply creative thinking to develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns, mainly using paid social media but also employing other digital tactics. The successful candidate will create rich content themselves and also inspire and coach colleagues,agencies and young people to create content.
As working at The Trust is varied, an understanding of traditional media tactics is also desirable.
The successful candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills, be comfortable to edit relevant pages on our website using our CMS,have strong communication and coaching skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Experience of running digital marketing campaigns is essential and experience of working in the charity sector or with young people is desirable.
