Job description

Permanent - Executive Assistant

Full time- 35 hours a week

 

This position is part of the Operations Support Team, which undertakes a variety of administration and facilities tasks across all locations in Central Region.

The Executive Assistant will provide excellent support services to our leadership team, ensuring that the Director and Senior Leadership Team receive effective and efficient administrative support and the Operations Support Manager is supported in identifying and implementing improvements across the region. There will be some requirement to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities will include, extensive diary management and travel planning for the Director, preparation of briefings, papers, presentations, provision of meeting support and coordination of regional projects and events.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills and the ability to work confidentially and accurately across all levels, with good attention to detail under pressure.

Experience of working in an office environment in a varied and high-pressured administrative role with Microsoft Office packages is essential.
