Job description

Maternity Cover (12 months) - Full time- 35 hours a week

Can be based in either London, Bristol or Belfast with regular travel to the other two locations.

This role is responsible for managing the Contract Management team in Northern Ireland, Wales and South region to ensure compliance with our Funding Agreements by working effectively across Operations, Fundraising and Finance in a proactive manner to maximise income, ensure compliance and raise awareness of our performance.  This role manages the Contract Managers to ensure that the responsibilities for every funding agreement are covered and we have a motivated and highly effective Contract Management team to help support The Trust in meeting its strategic goals.

 

The successful candidate will require strong project and proven contract management experience, including analytical skills and knowledge of documentary evidence requirements to support audit trails for public sector funders including ERDF, ESF and Big Lottery.  A good finance background is desirable.  You will have experience in managing a team and excellent communications skills, as well as advanced planning and time management skills and the ability to travel around the UK.
