We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR People Partnering team. We are recruiting a People Partner to support our UK-wide Delivery function, partnering a range of senior stakeholders by designing and implementing People & Learning interventions that support business plans, drive performance and inspire people to do their best work for young people.

As a member of the People & Learning team, this role will work collaboratively across the ‘Centres of Excellence’ (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Talent & Organisational Development, and Learning) to drive local initiatives in support of the People & Learning Strategy and be a champion of best practice.  Although part of the People & Learning Team, this role will be embedded within the Delivery Directorate working closely with Delivery Directors in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and being part of the leadership teams for these areas.

This is a great opportunity to continue the amazing work that is taking place by getting close to the day to day challenges, opportunities and successes, supporting both strategic and operational activities by building strong, trusted relationships and developing people initiatives - a fantastic opportunity to continually learn and develop alongside truly passionate people.
