Job description


Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Maternity Cover (starting April 2020)


Hours: Full time - 35 hours a week


Location: London with regular UK travel (including Northern Ireland, Birmingham and Manchester)

We are recruiting a People Partner, on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave, to continue to  support a range of stakeholders across the organisation by designing and implementing People & Learning interventions that support business plans, drive performance and inspire people to do the best work of their lives.


As a member of the People & Learning team, this role will work collaboratively across the ‘Centres of Excellence’ (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Learning & Development) to drive local initiatives in support of the People & Learning Strategy and be a champion of best practice  employee relations, talent acquisition and learning and development activities.  Although part of the People & Learning Team, the People Partners are embedded in the business areas that they support and are part of the Executive Management Teams (EMT) for these areas.
