Fixed Term 6 months – HR Services Coordinator – Volunteer Vetting – Birmingham

Full time- 35 hours a week

As our HR Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence, legal compliance and best practice in the processing of activity to support the employee and volunteer lifecycle.

This newly created team is pivotal to the transformation of the delivery of HR Services. The Prince’s Trust has 1100 employees and over 2500 volunteers who operate in a fast-paced environment, the purpose of the HR Services Team is to enable this group to focus on helping young people through providing Managers and their teams effective support for all transactional activity relating to the employee lifecycle, from the point someone is offered a role with the Trust to the point they leave.

We are looking for someone who can provide customer service excellence in a shared service environment and can deliver HR employee lifecycle support.
