The Prince’s Trust is looking for an experienced individual giving fundraiser, to manage our individual supporter programme. This role will be managing income for the whole individual support programme, putting in place the essentials to allow for future growth, and recruiting new donors while deepening support with our current donors. This role will be line managing an individual supporter executive.
The Prince’s Trust is ambitious to grow our unrestricted income, and this role will be essential for that. You will be leading a small programme, with the aim to transforming it so that we have a significant larger, more sustainable income which can meet the long term need to support more young people. You will be working closely with colleagues in our legacy and mass events teams to maximise life time value from our supporters.
The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering direct marketing and multi-channel campaigns; able to create new products from scratch to create growth – not being scared to take the charity into totally new markets and spaces; have a good knowledge of the individual giving charity market; be supporter focused – able to respond to the needs of supporters; be able to use data and insight to make informed decisions, and build business cases; be able to work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure that processes and infrastructure work to create world class supporter experience; experienced in testing, learning and scaling fundraising products; understanding of the role of branding and propositions in driving IG.
