Full time- 35 hours a week

Youth charity The Prince's Trust enables young people who are unemployed or struggling at school to develop the confidence and skills they need to live, learn and earn. Our job is to inspire, support and encourage young people to reach their full potential, and to work with colleagues across the UK to realise The Trust’s bold ambition to transform a million more young lives over the next ten years.

To realise our vision we are looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for the Central region. The role is based in our Birmingham Centre with travel throughout the region.

You will work to raise the profile of The Trust’s cause, services, campaigns and events through a mix of traditional marketing, digital marketing and media relations.

We are looking for an innovative, energetic and passionate communicator with experience in planning and delivering high impact marketing and communications activities.  From using social media to reach new audiences with compelling content to creating case studies for press and preparing impactful posters and flyers.

Candidates will be used to managing multiple projects comfortably and will also have experience of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

If you believe you are the right person to support our vision, we want to hear from you. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help us to make a real difference to the lives of young people who need our support.
