Job Description

Fixed Term 4 months – Operations Support Administrator – Poplar

Full time- 35 hours a week

We are seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support across various departments.  You will be a friendly and helpful first point of contact on a busy reception desk supporting customers, both face to face and over the phone.  The position will include data inputting responsibilities to Trust databases and spreadsheets. 

You will work closely with the Coordinator to provide facilities support across various meetings/events in the Poplar Centre.  The role will also involve ordering and stock control of office supplies and materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be highly motivated, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
