Location: Can be based in any UK Trust office
Design and development of our UK wide service delivery partnerships will be your responsibility as we embark on our new five year strategy we have an ambition to become the very best organisation within the sector and therefore will transform our partnerships to ensure we deliver the very best for young people.
You will ensure that national partnerships are developed to the highest possible standard that enables us to deliver the very best for young people.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders organisationally and ensure that our delivery commitments are achieved in our effort to reach more young people through the highest possible quality partnerships. With exceptional project management skills you will ensure national partnerships are successfully implemented across the organisation and positively adopted by delivery teams.
With exceptional performance management experience you will ensure the review and monitoring of all high level delivery partnerships is undertaken, addressing challenges as and when they may arise, and
- The performance of our partnerships is monitored and evaluated ensuring every opportunity is maximised in the best interest of young people.
- We are strategic in our partnership approach and consistently seek out every opportunity to deliver our vision and strategic goals.
