Hours: Full time- 35 hours a week

Location: Birmingham

This varied role is part of the Operations Support Team for the Central Region and reports directly to the Operations Support Manager.

 

The successful candidate will be the first line of contact for welcoming visitors, dealing with incoming telephone calls and responding to general email enquiries as required. The post holder will also be responsible for post handling and management of room bookings.

 

The role will involve ordering stationery, office supplies, marketing materials, programme resources and will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment. The post will also provide a range of administrative tasks for various functions, maintaining accurate and up to date records, completing filing and archiving as required.

 

The post holder will require the ability to communicate with the young people from the Prince’s Trust target groups, as well as a range of colleagues and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be highly motivated, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
