Job Description


Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 13 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

The Prince's Trust is looking for an individual who will support the Trust's mission to help disadvantaged young people to change their lives and get into work, education or training.

The Outcomes Executive will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining effective relationships with organisations that can provide young people with employment, training, apprenticeships or volunteering opportunities. They will also be responsible for facilitating the running of events that bring together young people and organisations.

This is an opportunity for someone who has proven networking and relationship building skills, knowledge and experience of managing and delivering events and is highly motivated.
