Job Description

Fixed Term 6-12 month contract - London, Birmingham or Manchester.

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is seeking a capable and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator for 6-12 months to help deliver one of the biggest and most significant programmes in our history.

Through Future Workforce Fund, business and government are co-investing GBP 14 million into young people from Greater Manchester to give them the confidence and skills to become more prosperous citizens and part of a growing and inclusive economy.

Working alongside our Talent Acquisition Managers, this role is responsible for supporting the resourcing of external talent to ensure successful delivery of exceptional people into the programme, from attraction up to the point of the successful candidate being appointed.

This newly created team is pivotal to ensure a first-class direct recruitment service both to managers and at the same time providing a first-class candidate experience to anyone who applies for a role.

Exceptional people are intrinsic to the work of the Prince's Trust, and in order to meet the ambition to help 1 million young people, the need to introduce talent to the Trust, ensuring vacancies are filled quickly and effectively will only become greater.
