The Reading Agency is seeking an organised database administrator to update our CRM system and embed its use across the organisation.
This is a new fixed-term, part-time role providing database support across the organisation, to ensure our CRM system underpins our income generating activities and stakeholder relationships.
This role will based at our office in Central London but in the short term you will home-based as all our staff continue to work from home.

In 2020-21, we helped over 1.9 million people benefit from reading through our programmes, our tireless campaigning, our excellent networks, and our power to influence, challenge and make change happen.
You will be a great team player with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
You will have minimum of two years’ experience of actively using CRM database software (ideally Salesforce) to manage data and excellent knowledge and understanding of its functionality
You will also have strong organisational skills and demonstrable ability to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
