London, Greater London
£28,000 - £33,000 per year
Contract, Full-time
Job description

The Roundhouse is a hub of inspiration where artists and emerging talent create extraordinary work and where young people can grow creatively as individuals. We believe in the power of creativity to change lives. By giving young people the chance to engage with the arts through our music, media and performance projects, we inspire them to reach further, dream bigger, and achieve more.

The Development Team raises £3.6m a year (of which the corporate team contribute £650,000 p.a.) for our artistic and young people’s programme. In addition, we are in the final stages of an exciting capital campaign to create a new Campus building; a pivotal moment for the Roundhouse.

We’re looking people who can deliver a high level of account management and bring corporate partnerships sales experience. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven team and comply with Roundhouse’s commitment to Equality, Diversity and Health & Safety in services delivery and the treatment of others.

It’s important that you’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can think creatively with the ability to generate ideas and package-up opportunities. You’ll have demonstrable knowledge of Tessitura (or similar), PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word and be a confident, diplomatic and assured person with a strong determination to achieve fundraising objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person who is committed to putting young people at the heart of everything; to help Roundhouse continue to be a hub of inspiration where artists, emerging talent and young people can grow creatively.
