The post holder will be responsible for all areas of HR and will work closely with the COO to ensure best practice and compliance across the School.

Extensive experience of leading on and providing support to senior managers on a variety of complex ER cases is essential for this role, as is a confident and assertive communication style. Supported by the HR Advisor and HR Apprentice, the successful candidate will bring high quality leadership to the role and be able to motivate the HR team, providing regular, suitable CPD opportunities.

Experience of ISI/Ofsted inspections and working within a School environment would be advantageous, as overseeing the School’s Single Central Register (SCR) is a crucial aspect of this role.
