Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable
We’re looking for an excellent Finance Assistant to work within the Kew Finance team with a focus on accounts receivable. You will contribute to the delivery of an efficient finance department ensuring accurate and timely financial transaction processing.

The main duties of this position include:
- Chasing debtor balances in a systematic and proactive manner.
- Ensuring all transaction processing is up to date, complete and accurate, and controls are maintained with clear audit trails.
- Cash book posting including the posting of all entries from the bank statement.
- Processing and reconciling income received from Kew’s ticketing system.
To be successful you will need to be confident; working closely with the Finance team, Kew staff and external customers as part of the transaction processing team, demonstrating excellent customer service together with strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of what is required backed up by experience in the role.
Experience with Agresso would be desirable.
