We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can confidently manage the demands of a busy office. This role involves a variety of different tasks, including contractor monitoring, finance management and volunteer administration in addition to day to day support for the staff team. Strong organisational skills and prioritising skills are therefore essential. The role also involves liaising with internal departments and partner organisations and the mentoring of our Administrative Apprentice. This Area Administrator post is part of a job share and requires a friendly, team-minded and efficient individual who can fit into our team which covers both Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
The role is based at our office in Manchester City Centre. The role is required for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays until end of June 2020.
