The Role

The Royal British Legion is part of the fabric of the nation and supports the Armed Forces Community in every community, whilst also ensuring that their sacrifice is never forgotten.

We are looking for a fundraising co-ordinator to join the individual giving fundraising team.

Working in the supporter development and engagement team you will be supporting the campaign manager to develop and maintain our supporters.

This role requires you to produce comprehensive creative and print briefs for campaign materials and manage these projects from brief through to delivery.  You will produce data briefs and manage data selections for direct mail and email campaigns.  You will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation, report on results against targets, identify programme improvements and contribute new ideas.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing direct mail campaigns, working with multiple suppliers and working with large income and expenditure budgets.  You will need excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to communicate well with colleagues and suppliers.  You will also need to be organised and responsive with excellent attention to detail.

The role is primarily office based in Borough High Street, SE1 1AA, however due to the COVID 19 pandemic the team are currently all working from home.  This role would likely begin remotely and then follow organisational guidelines on returning to the office and homeworking policies, with potential opportunities to continue to work from home on a regular basis going forward.
