Job Title: Campaign Manager, Subscription Lotteries

Salary: £37,702 to £39,602 per annum pro rata, inclusive of London Weighting 

 

The Role

As Campaign Manager, Subscription Lotteries you will be responsible for managing RBLs weekly and quarterly lottery products, including marketing and communications to existing players and other supporters to optimise income and retention.  

If successful, the main duties of your role will be: 

  • Plan and manage campaigns to RBL supporters and subscription lottery players end to end. Marketing channels include direct mail, email, telephone, SMS and supporter stewardship events. 

  • Work with the Product Manager – Regular Giving to continually develop the Poppy Lottery and quarterly subscription raffle programme both on and offline.  

  • Work with the Supporter Acquisition team to collaborate on lottery acquisition strategies  

  • Implement supporter development strategies to include welcome communications, upgrade, reactivation and other stewardship based initiatives. 

  • Manage significant income and expenditure 

  • Build effective relationships with partner organisations, managing service delivery to agreed standards and contributing to supplier performance reviews, and contract management as required. 

  • To ensure that all marketing and lottery activities conform to the Fundraising Regulator’s code of practice, the Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of practice, data protection regulations and all other relevant industry regulations. 

This role will involve hybrid working, travelling on some days (minimum of 2 per week) to our Head Office which is located at Haig House, 199 Borough High Street, London SE1 1AA, and working from home on other days.
