We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commemorative Events Administrator to join our Commemorative Events team based at our Head Office in London.
You will be responsible for providing assistance to the Commemorative Events team on numerous large-scale commemorative events, assisting the team with public facing enquiries, accreditation support, and managing administrative aspects of the larger events. The role may also require you to work unsocial hours from time to time on the events themselves.
Ideally, you will have gained previous experience of working within an administration role, preferably within a Charity, PR or Events Department. The ideal candidate will have proven IT skills including knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word and a Full UK driving licence.
