The Role as a HR Relationship Manager for Operations will be:

  • To manage a team of HR professionals.
  • To drive and support exceptional HR service.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary HR function that support a national, geographically dispersed organisation including Care Homes.
  • To use their substantial knowledge of UK employment law and best practice with proven ability to apply it.
  • Have a strong commitment to equality, diversity & inclusion.
  • Customer-centric, impact driven, logical, pragmatic, forward thinking, creative and change orientated.


We have an opportunity for an HR Relationship Manager who will be able to demonstrate these skills in the first week!  Working closely with a number of key people, reporting to the Head of HR, you will have leadership and operational HR experience and take up this busy role with energy and purpose, making an impact quickly and effectively.


When permitted, it is expected that this role will be a combination of home and/ or office working (depending on location). There may also be some travel to offices across the UK.
