The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic fundraiser to join our diverse team responsible for tailored planning of supporter led communications and journeys. You may have experience in Campaign Management, Agency/Client Management or Comms Planning.

This position sits within the Fundraising Innovation & Planning Team and is responsible for coordinating communications across a wide range of teams. This involves liaising with fundraisers responsible for delivering the Legion’s varied portfolio of initiatives and Fundraising activity ensuring best practice through collaboration, insight and creative problem solving.  The position also supports the development of new tools for our fundraisers, including supporter-led CRM profiles and supporter journeys. There may be opportunities to directly manage some communications campaigns and, as the role sits within the Innovation and Planning team, support plans to bring new fundraising products to market.

The role reports into the Supporter Communications & Planning Manger position and will work closely with this manager and another executive within the team. As Fundraising enters an exciting time of developing supporter driven journeys, the post holder can expect opportunities to help shape new processes and projects with lasting impact.

Please note this role is based at our Head Office which is located at 199 Borough High Street.
