Relief Support Worker

The Salvation Army Housing Association (saha) is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Our aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. We are currently going through a large period of growth and have vacancies for Relief Support Workers. 

Position: Relief Support Worker 
Location: The Limes, Manchester 
Job type: Part Time, Zero Hours Contracts 
Hours: Variable to include weekdays, weekends, days, night shifts and bank holidays. 
Salary: £8.44 per hour night shifts, £10.32 per hour day shifts

About the role: 

You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of our clients and the buildings whilst maintaining a flexible and sensitive approach to clients as individuals. 

About you: 

Candidates will need a patient and calm professional manner and have experience of working with the homeless or another vulnerable client group within a supported housing setting. You will have a “can do” attitude and be confident working alone as well as part of a team. 

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
