Job description

The role will be an exciting challenge for someone seeking to use their project management skills in an educational context. If you are detail focussed, highly organised, and enjoy problem solving, then this could be the role for you. You may have experience managing academy conversions in a MAT, or you may come from another context altogether, but you will have an aptitude for organising complex information, analysing data and building excellent relationships with stakeholders. On-the-job training will be available if required.

As part of the newly established Educational Support & Growth department, the Education Projects and Data Manager will take responsibility for two key areas of work. You will lead on bringing new schools into the Academy Trust and manage the collation and analysis of education data to be reported to Trustees. In addition, you will have the opportunity to tackle a range of other education projects depending on the needs of our schools.
