Within walking distance of a number of London stations including Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Old Street, this role is a fantastic introduction into all types of fundraising administration. Duties will vary and will include providing support to our Head of Fundraising, supporting our Community Fundraising team with daily duties (recording donations and corresponding with our supporters), the co-ordination and minute taking of fundraising meetings, supporting fundraising events, and the co-ordination of corporate volunteer days.
Educated to A-level standard, you have strong writing and IT skills and are particularly conversant with Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to use a database. You have strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with accurate spelling and grammar being a given. You are a positive team member and able to promote good working relations.
As the Fundraising Administrator, you will work with different teams so it is important you are able to manage and prioritise your workload to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.
