Responsible for the smooth running of our Head Office (at full capacity approximately 25 people), duties can entail anything from taking calls and sorting mail to liaising with contractors and suppliers and a lot more. Additionally, you will provide secretarial support to Trustee and team meetings, arrange travel and meetings, take a key role in health and safety compliance at Head Office and carry out office administration.
Ideally you have previous office management experience.
Good office and administration skills are essential as well as IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and understand the need for sensitivity and confidentiality.
You are organised and have the ability and flexibility to prioritise to meet changing organisational and operational needs.
Previous experience of project work is essential as the post holder must be able to plan and implement a range of projects from changes in office procedures to arranging team meetings and staff away days.
