About our organisation
The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity which works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. That’s because we cannot tackle these issues in isolation.
We campaign for change, we support farming innovation, we serve healthy food in communities, we support and grow the organic market and we protect forests.
We couldn't do any of this without our supporters, partners, donors and dedicated staff. We make a difference in the world where it’s needed the most.
About the opportunity
Join our growing team as we look to increase fundraising through the acquisition and retention of supporters, creating incredible experiences for our members and donors, and sharing the story of the Soil Association to new audiences. Our work links to all parts of the charity, telling the stories of how together we can make a world of difference to the current crises facing our climate, nature and health. You’ll also be part of a wider centre of marketing and communications excellence, to build your skills and contribute your knowledge.
Have the skills and a genuine desire to engage in response-led marketing to acquire and retain supporters and members through a wide range of channels, and enjoy seeing the measured results of your marketing campaigns.
Have a passion for fundraising through a variety of channels, and enjoy interacting with the members and supporters who generously donate
Enjoy creating and writing engaging content that inspires members and supporters, enhances their giving experience and tells the stories of the Soil Association
Our employee benefits
Working with us you will have a range of financial and lifestyle benefits, including 27 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service (pro rata for part-time). For more information on our benefits please visit our website.
