Job description

We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a medical research and campaigning organisation to recruit their new Brand Marketing Manager. This is an exciting time to join the charity as they embark on a period of transformation with their brand and this presents a great opportunity to make an impact.

 

As the Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Developing and delivering a brand marketing strategy for this medium sized, challenger, charity brand
  • Devising and leading integrated brand campaigns that deliver on the organisations goals
  • Building a brand that engages supporters and key audiences through creative content and storytelling
  • Increasing brand awareness and reputation of the charity across a range of channels including, social, email, ATL, digital and paid
  • Regularly monitor and report the performance, ROI and key metrics

 

As this position will play a crucial role across the organisation there will be lots of cross-team working and liaising with internal stakeholders on campaigns and content.

 

As well as being passionate about brand marketing the successful candidate will also;

  • Have developed and delivered brand marketing strategies and campaigns previously
  • Good solid experience of media buying and working with planning agencies
  • Ideally you will have experience of working with a creative agency
  • Be a good project manager
  • Multi-channel experience and having worked with agencies and 3rd parties
  • Be results focused
