Campaigns and Participation Officer

Flexible (hybrid home/office working)

Aim of post

To support Together Trust’s policy, campaigns and participation work to champion the rights, needs and ambitions of children, young people and adults who may be care experienced, disabled, have special educational needs or complex health needs in England. Work with the Communications and Campaigns Manager to develop Together Trust’s policy and campaigning work, including political monitoring, research, briefings, participation and engagement. Support with the design and development of campaigner mobilisation activities to help secure change.

About you

The Trust have an exciting new role within their Communications team for a Campaigns and Participation Officer.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for creating change. Educated to at least an undergraduate degree level with a proven track record in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively. You’ll bring experience of using campaigning and digital comms tools. You’re committed to inclusivity, integrity and the Trusts ethos and culture.
