The Fundraising Directorate are passionate about being insight led and putting our audience at the heart of everything we do. To this end, we are recruiting a new role of Data and Insight Manager to take us to the next level, ensuring data and insight are at the forefront in our drive to grow fundraising, working with other departments to develop supporter engagement across the organisation.
You will have significant experience in a similar role where you will have been identifying and recommending ways to improve insight and research, providing clear and actionable insights which drive informed decision making. You will be highly skilled at providing direct marketing reports and analysis on key metrics, trends and results. You will have good experience of building propensity models, including life-time value analysis and providing insight to enable supporter journeys and segmentation. A key part of this role will be to provide digital and social media insight and upskill teams to track their digital fundraising activity.
