Job description

This two year contract will involve the postholder overseeing the roll out of new initiatives by securing support from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to build momentum as part of the Trussell Trust's new five-year strategy. You will be expected to provide leadership to the Pathfinder Programme working with groups of Pathfinder food banks across the UK to help them develop and execute their own strategic plans for reducing the need for their services locally.

You will also lead a high-performing team to develop and deliver both strategic and operational programmes, enhancing engagement across the charity and the Trussell Trust network of food banks using a test and learn approach.

This role requires a high achiever  who is proactive in their approach, is diplomatic, has strong influencing skills, and thrives well in a culture of change and innovation.

If you would like to work in a dynamic and forward-focussed organisation to help people in crisis and end the need for food banks, we want to hear from you!
