Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours Full-time (37.5 hours per week) / immediate start
Contract: Maternity cover until end of Feb 2021
Based: Home based, with some travel
Our Human Resources People Partners will play a key role in ensuring we deliver this ambition. They will be instrumental in developing and delivering our People strategies, covering talent management, reward, employee relations and driving an engaged workforce, encompassing our staff and volunteers, and supporting our new volunteer-powered organisational strategy.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful HR business partnering career, with a broad range of experience, have highly developed interpersonal skills, which includes the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, drawing on expert coaching and mentoring skills. You will also be able to maintain personal effectiveness and resolution-focus in conflict situations, work collaboratively and represent alternative points of view.
You’re confident interrogating systems and extracting meaningful HR metrics to build an evidence base, drive change and demonstrate value.
From a leadership perspective you’ll will be inclusive and an agile thinker who is open to change and new ideas. You’ll be passionate about people and put them at the heart of what you do and will work alongside the Director of People to implement the People strategy, supporting and equipping the workforce to achieve the Trussell Trust’s vision.
A level 5 qualification in human resources or equivalent experience is required.
