Job description

The Senior Manager Financial Inclusion will manage the national helpline services developed in partnership across the UK, working closely with key colleagues across our national delivery partners to ensure that the services are successfully piloted and mainstreamed, delivering improved experience and outcomes to people in crisis.  The post will work closely with key teams across the organisation to ensure long term sustainability of the helpline services and that the partnerships deliver service impact, whilst providing the evidence and insight to assist the influencing and campaigning priorities of our Ploicy and Campaigning teams. The role will forefront the work to embed operational and strategic partnerships associated with the helplines at a local and national level.
