We are looking for a Head of Supporter Loyalty to join the Marketing Team within the Public Engagement directorate at the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK). This is a newly-formed team and directorate, and we are embarking on an exciting period of change to maximise the income, influence and impact we deliver for children.

 

Covering maternity leave, (we call this Early Moments Leave), you will play a leading role in our multi-disciplinary marketing team, delivering a best-in-class supporter experience. You will develop strategies to achieve our income and supporter experience objectives, whether through donations, products, gifts in wills or campaigning.

 

You will be accountable for multi-million pound expenditure and income budgets, as well as delivering longer-term supporter loyalty objectives, and you will work closely with other heads to ensure seamless supporters journeys and campaign delivery.

 

To achieve this, you will have a track record of successfully managing significant expenditure budgets, overseeing complex, multi-channel, multi-audience marketing programmes.

 

You will bring your applied understanding of digital technology relevant to supporter retention programmes, including CRM, marketing automation, productivity tools, and you will bring knowledge and understanding of regulation relevant to supporter retention programmes, with particular emphasis on data.

We are normally based on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London but while our office is closed, this role will work from home or from wherever makes you happy.  We are expecting to move to a hybrid approach (part home/part office based) when our office reopens.
