This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) in the new role of Interim People Systems Manager.
Following the introduction of our HRIS, (Ceridian Dayforce) in 2020, a collaborative project with our system provider, Ceridian has been underway since November 2021 to improve the system. This role is being introduced to further enhance the system, benefits and service we provide to our colleagues through Dayforce. As Interim People Systems Manager, you will also work with the Head of People Experience on ambitious projects to improve processes, systems and new ways of working within the People Team.
To succeed, you will have the motivation and innovation to drive change, working collaboratively with others. You will have experience of successfully improving HR processes and systems in a previous role. In addition, you will have a technical and analytical approach to systems, and be outcomes focused, with a team mindset.
