We are seeking an approachable and adaptable individual to join our team managing and developing our data and databases, helping colleagues to access the data they need and enhancing our data security and data protection processes and training.
To achieve our mission of creating a wilder future by protecting and restoring wildlife and wild places across our three counties, we rely on data. The Data Officer will be part of a team managing our CRM database holding data relating to members, donors, supporters and volunteers, and ensuring its security and optimum use to support our mission. The post holder will also provide support, documentation and training for staff in best practice data management.
In addition to experience with databases and data management, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will work with colleagues across the charity and with our sister Trusts nationally. You will enjoy solving problems and finding ways to enhance and streamline data processing activities. You will be able to prioritise tasks effectively and able to adapt your approach as circumstances evolve.
