Job description

Are you a values-driven, creative changemaker? Can you reach and inspire others to join our cause?

The North Camden Zone backs community-led change on three local housing estates in central London. We are a partnership of local organisations and residents working together differently, aiming to make our neighbourhood a great place for everyone to live and to grow up in. We are part of the Winch, an innovative and dynamic charity, working alongside children, young people, families and the wider community based in Camden.

We are looking for someone to help create, share and connect more opportunities for residents to organise and lead the change they want to see in their neighourhoods. You will help us achieve our goals by leading on our communications and engagement work. You will be

  • Passionate about people leading change in their communities;
  • Fluent in using social media to listen and include, as well as share;
  • A strong writer, who can shape a compelling story or inspiring narrative; and
  • Have a great eye for design and can produce innovative promotional materials.

You'll join a small, nurturing and committed team and we hope you will grow with us, as we increase our reach, our relationships and our impact.

Working at the heart of our community, alongside our resident community organisers, you'll see first-hand the difference you make and benefit from exposure to a range of different skills, experiences and backgrounds.
