As a Youth Worker (Mentoring) at the Winch, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality mentoring support to young people, nurturing community organisation capacity, and amplifying the voices of young people to foster systems change.
If you have they people skills and the professional and personal experience to build meaningful connections with young people from minoritised communities. If you have experience of racial profiling in a state edcuation system. If you have a passion for ending disproportionate school exclusions.
