HR Adviser   

ABOUT US

The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity.  We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. The Trust aims to engage and inspire people about woods and trees to help us meet our vision of creating, restoring and protecting woodland.

THE ROLE

The HR Adviser will work together with our HR and Payroll team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the Trust. This will include supporting line managers to implement our HR practices such as absence management and employee relations, alongside producing HR correspondence and maintaining the HR system.

You will be an integral part of an employee’s journey with the Trust, ensuring their experiences of HR practices are managed professionally.

THE CANDIDATE
With experience of working in an HR role at a similar level, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this, and have an accessible and supportive approach. You will have the ability to work under your own initiative, be flexible and be able to work in a confidential environment.
